Students who live in District 28 can submit an application to apply to YECA by the end of the 5th grade. While we welcome ALL students to apply, seats are limited. Approximately 90 new students are matched each year. Please see your child’s school guidance counselor for more information about how to apply through the middle school application process.
Students wishing to attend YECA for High School must apply through the High School admissions process. You can visit the DOE website for information about the admissions process.
Students applying for admission to YECA should have a desire to attend college while attending YECA High School.
Additionally, parents should be committed and willing to partner with YECA to ensure your child’s collegial success.
