Richard Anthony Celestin is an attorney, educator, and motivational speaker focused on juvenile justice and youth empowerment. A graduate of CUNY School of Law, he works with underrepresented youth, providing alternative-to-detention programs and consulting on youth initiatives. Richard is also an adjunct professor, teaching public speaking, criminal justice, and social justice at CUNY colleges.

He founded Richard Celestin Consulting Group, LLC, offering programs in legal skills, self-awareness, and empowerment to young people, with his Young Debaters Program implemented in over 100 schools. As a speaker with over 12 years of experience, Richard inspires youth and professionals through authentic, passion-driven workshops.
